Regeneration at the Victorian Grade II Listed buildings that formed Royal Earlswood Park, involved demolition of the poor quality extensions to this redundant hospital and conversion of the interior to provide 120 luxury apartments. Careful restoration of the interior and exterior used materials and details to match the architecture of the original design.
